Remake of legendary RPG
LIVE A LIVE, a classic RPG initially released only in Japan for the Super Famicom, is now available on Steam in the HD-2D visual style of OCTOPATH TRAVELER. Players can choose to experience the stories of seven heroes in any order they prefer, each with their own unique abilities and living in different time periods. These include a tribesman's coming of age in Prehistory, a wanderer fighting for his life in The Wild West, a kung fu master searching for a worthy successor in Imperial China, a shinobi on a secret mission in the Twilight of Edo Japan, a martial artist trying to become the strongest in Present Day, a youth with psychic powers standing against evil in The Near Future, and a newly built robot swept up in space tragedy in The Distant Future.
Remastered original soundtrack
This remake of LIVE A LIVE features remastered music by the original composer Yoko Shimomura and is produced by Takashi Tokita, the director of the original game. The game retains all the elements that fans enjoyed about the original while also being welcoming to new players.
