Open SQL Server Installation Center:
- Launch the SQL Server Installation Center from the Windows Start menu.
- Make sure SQL Server is already installed before continuing.

Select Edition Upgrade:
- Choose the Edition Upgrade option from the available tools.
- Continue to the product key entry screen.

Enter Your Product Key:
- Type your valid SQL Server license key into the required field.
- Click Next to continue.

Complete the Activation:
- Follow the remaining on-screen instructions.
- Finish the activation process to complete the edition upgrade.
