Nitro PDF Pro Activation Guide

Verify Windows System Architecture:
- Open system settings using the shortcut Windows Key + I.
- Navigate to System > About to check your system architecture.
- Confirm whether your operating system is running a 32-bit or 64-bit version.

Download the Software Installer:
- Visit the official Nitro Product Downloads Page.
- Locate Nitro PDF Pro 10 (English) and choose the download file matching your Windows version.
- Save the installer setup file to your computer.

Install Nitro PDF Pro 10:
- Run the downloaded setup file as an administrator to begin installation.
- Accept the license terms, choose your preferences, and proceed through the installer.
- Click Install, grant permission if prompted, and press Finish once complete.

Activate Your License:
- Open Nitro PDF Pro 10 and select the Help menu in the top navigation ribbon.
- Click About Nitro Pro (or Activate) to open the licensing panel.
- Type your 18-digit product key into the required field and confirm activation.

Manage Multi-Device Deployment:
- Perform the installation and activation steps on up to 5 individual Windows PCs.
- Deactivate unused seats via Help > About Nitro > Deactivate before transferring your license to a new machine.
