If You Picked It Up at a Store
Some cards purchased in-store may have a $0 balance until activated online. Visit and follow the instructions to activate and add value.

Redeem Your Card
Present your gift card (plastic or eGift) to a P.F. Chang’s team member when paying — they will enter the card number and PIN to deduct your balance.

Check Your Balance
Visit the “Check Your Gift Card Balance” page on the P.F. Chang’s website. Enter your 16-digit card number (and PIN if needed) to see your remaining balance instantly.}
