Pinkberry Activation Guide

Activate at Store
Your Pinkberry gift card is activated when it’s purchased—no action needed before use.

Redeem In-Store
Hand the physical or eGift card to a team member at checkout. They will swipe or enter the gift card number (and PIN, if any) into the system to apply the balance.

Check Your Balance
Visit the Pinkberry website, go to "Gifting → Check My Balance" or use the Pinkberry app. Enter the gift card number to see your current balance.

Product Activation:
- A pop-up window saying “Product Activation” will show up. Navigate through it by clicking “NEXT >” and agreeing to the “STEAM® SUBSCRIBER AGREEMENT".

Confirm:
- Insert the product code and confirm its activation.
