Select a Taj property
- Choose a participating Taj, SeleQtions, Vivanta, Gateway, Claridges, or amã Stays & Trails property in India.
- Select an eligible experience such as hotel stays, dining, spa, wellness, or other hotel services.

Present your gift card
- At the time of payment, present your Taj Experiences Gift Card/E-Gift Card.
- Show the gift card email or provide the physical gift card at the hotel.

Redeem the gift card
- The hotel staff will verify the gift card details.
- The available balance will be applied to your eligible expenses.

Complete payment
- If your bill exceeds the gift card balance, pay the remaining amount using another accepted payment method.
- Complete your payment and keep the receipt.
