Drive a steel beast
Third-person shooter Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon was created by FromSoftware, the team behind the renowned Dark Souls series. Fires of Rubicon, in contrast to the other franchise, immerses players in a dystopian setting while allowing them to control enormous mechas known as Armored Cores.
Gameplay
The game features intense battles on vast levels. Thanks to your mech's breathtaking skills, you will fight on the ground and tear up the skies when battling in the air. Additionally, you can modify several aspects of your steel warrior. As a result, you may test out various attacks and motions as well as offensive and defensive tactics to see which ones work best for you. Furthermore, you will lead your Armored Core in both single-player missions and online combat.
Story
In Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon, you will play as a mercenary who travels to a world called Rubicon 3. This distant planet was devastated by the disaster caused by a mysterious and valuable substance that can't be found outside Rubicon 3. Its enormous powers can speed up the technological development of humankind, so many factions are ready to use all means necessary to win control over it.
Release
Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon's premiere date is August 25, 2023. The game is available for consoles: Xbox One, Xbox Series S|X, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5, as well as PC.
