- Visit the official Steve Madden US Store or EU Store and add your preferred items to the cart.
- Continue to the checkout page when you are ready to place your order.

Enter gift card details online:
- Find the field labeled “Gift card or discount code” at checkout.
- Enter the 16-digit card code and the 4-digit PIN from your gift card email.

Apply payment online:
- Confirm the gift card details to apply the balance to your order.
- The total amount will be reduced automatically at checkout.

Use gift card in-store:
- Visit a participating Steve Madden store near you (note: stores in Colorado, Utah, and Savannah, GA do not currently accept gift cards).
- Present your physical card or digital code on your phone at the register to complete payment.
