Redeem In‑Store
Present your physical or eGift card to the cashier. They will scan it or manually enter the card number into the POS to apply the balance to your purchase.

Check Your Balance
Check in one of three ways:
- Online: enter your gift card code and email at the balance-check page.
- In‑store: ask the cashier to scan or enter your card to display the balance.
- Phone: call (804) 893‑3151 and provide your card number to hear the balance.

Activate Product:
- In the bottom left corner of the Steam app, find a plus sign saying “ADD A GAME” next to it, click it and choose the “Activate a Product on Steam…” option.

Product Activation:
- A pop-up window saying “Product Activation” will show up. Navigate through it by clicking “NEXT >” and agreeing to the “STEAM® SUBSCRIBER AGREEMENT".

Confirm:
- Insert the product code and confirm its activation.
