Check Your Card Balance:
- Make sure the balance on your Vanilla Gift Card is higher than the total purchase amount, including taxes (and shipping if applicable).
- If the purchase total is higher than the card balance, the transaction may be declined or only partially approved.

Select the Correct Payment Method:
- At checkout, choose Credit or Debit as the payment method, not “Gift Card” or “Store Gift Card”.
- This lets the Vanilla Gift Card be processed like a regular bank card.

Enter Card Details as a Bank Card:
- In the Payment Method section, enter the card number, expiry date, and security code exactly as shown on the Vanilla Gift Card.
- Ensure all digits and dates are correct before submitting.

Provide a Billing Address:
- In the Billing Address section, fill in your name and address (these may need to match what you registered for the card, if applicable).
- Confirm and complete the payment once all information is entered correctly.
