YouTube Account

1

Below are the two main activation options for YouTube Premium. Please read carefully to determine which option applies to your purchase.

2

Option 1: Access via a New Account with an Active Subscription

How to identify this option:

  • You receive login credentials (email and password) for a newly created YouTube/Google account.

  • The subscription is already active on this account.

  • You cannot change the email address or transfer the subscription to your own account.

Activation steps:

  1. Check your email for the login credentials provided after purchase.

  2. Go to YouTube or open the YouTube app.

  3. Log in using the supplied email and password.

  4. Start enjoying YouTube Premium benefits on this account.

Important notes:

  • Always use the provided account to access Premium features.

  • Do not attempt to change the account’s email or password, as this may void your access.

  • You cannot merge or transfer this subscription to your personal Google account.

Option 2: Activation via a Special Link (Invite or Partner Link)

How to identify this option:

  • You receive a unique activation or invitation link, often from a partner, operator, or as part of a promotion.

  • You are instructed to use your own existing Google/YouTube account.

  • Sometimes eligibility requirements apply (e.g., new users, specific country, or device).

Activation steps:

  1. Ensure you are logged in to the Google/YouTube account where you want the Premium subscription activated.

  2. Open the provided activation/invitation link (preferably in an incognito/private browser window to avoid account conflicts).

  3. Follow the on-screen instructions, which may include clicking “Start,” “Join Family,” or “Accept Invitation.”

  4. If prompted, confirm the account you wish to use.

  5. Once the process is complete, you will have access to YouTube Premium on your chosen account.

Important notes:

  • Make sure you meet any eligibility requirements stated in the offer.

  • If you encounter issues (e.g., country restrictions, already in a family group), refer to the troubleshooting guide or contact support.

  • This method does not require you to use a new account-you retain your own account and history.
