What do the different order statuses mean?

Here’s a quick breakdown of each order status you'll see on Gameseal:

  • Completed:
    Your order has been successfully processed and your product is ready to claim.

  • Cancelled:
    The order was cancelled and no further action is needed. If your payment went through anyway, you'll receive a refund soon.

  • Refunded:
    Your full order has been refunded. Please allow a few days for the funds to return to your account.

  • Refunded Partially:
    Only part of your order was refunded (for example, if you bought multiple items and returned just one).

  • Hold:
    Your order is temporarily on hold, usually for additional verification. Please check your email or account notifications for instructions.

  • Processing:
    Your payment was successful, and we're currently preparing your key. It should be delivered shortly.

  • Pending:
    We're still waiting to receive your payment. Once we receive it, your order status will change to processing or completed.
