Top-Up Automatically Failed or Refunded
Some games automatically reject top-ups if:
- Account is a guest account
- Account is not linked/bound
- Account is newly created (<24h old)
- Account is suspended or restricted
- Account region does not match recharge region
- Server not supported by publisher
- Account already has active subscription conflict
If auto-rejected:
Ensure your account is:
✔ Fully bound
✔ Active
✔ Correct region
✔ Not suspended
Then contact support if retry is needed.
