- Log in to your "MeinOrtel" customer account on the Ortel website.
- Follow the prompts to add credit to your account using your recharge code.

2. Recharge via the Ortel Mobile App:
- Open the Ortel Mobile App on your device.
- Navigate to the recharge section and enter your recharge code to add credit to your account.

3. Recharge by Phone:
- Dial the toll-free number 1155 from your Ortel mobile phone.
- Follow the voice prompts to enter your 16-digit recharge code and add credit to your account.

4. Recharge Using Your Mobile Phone:
- Dial 103 followed by your 16-digit recharge code and then #.
- Press the call button to complete the recharge process.
