Download and Install:
- Download and install either the Professional or Enterprise edition based on your needs and the license you've purchased.

Open Visual Studio:
- Launch the software after installation.

Go to Help Menu:
- Navigate to the "Help" menu at the top, and then find "Register Product" or "Enter Product Key."

Enter Product Key:
- If you've purchased a license key, enter it here. Alternatively, if your organization uses a Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC), you may have a different activation method, like connecting to a licensing server.

Activate:
- After entering the product key, click the "Activate" or "Register" button. You might need an internet connection for this step.

Confirmation:
- You should receive a confirmation message saying that the product has been successfully activated.
