Can't see my purchased key

Have you checked the status of the order in My Orders?

After logging to your account you can find there separate statuses for your order as below:

  • pending - your order is not paid
  • processing - your order is paid
  • hold - your order is put on hold due to security reasons. Please check your inbox for further instructions.
  • cancelled - your order was cancelled
  • completed - your order is paid and delivered by us

Did you check your GameSeal account library?

When you log in to your account, all your purchased products will be available in My Library. If you do not see the order key, please mention that in your ticket.

Have you checked the spam folder in your email?

If you did not receive an email message from us, please check your spam folder and look for our message there.

Double-check to make sure the money isn't just reserved or pending, or if it has already been refunded. For any other connection problems, use the Contact Us section and create the ticket.
