There are multiple ways to access your purchased product. Please note that some of them are unavailable if you placed your order as a Guest.

For logged-in users:

• accessing your Gameseal account library at https://gameseal.com/account/my-library make sure your order has been completed, otherwise the key will not be present in your library yet

For guest purchases:

• staying on the page you got redirected to after the payment (note: this option is unavailable if you used a PayPal account email different than the delivery email);

Important note: If you are trying to access your product via completion email, make sure to check SPAM and BUSINESS OFFERS folders in your inbox.
