When i try to activate my product key I receive an error, what should I do?

Invalid error message can be caused by some various reasons, so please double check if it’s not one of this below before you create a ticket:

  • Make sure you’re activating the key on the right platform;
  • Check if you didn’t make any typo while entering the key;

Region locked error means that you have a product which is not available in your country or region.

  • Please make sure you have checked the local constraints on the product page.

You can try to resolve code has already been used error by following the steps as below:

  • Try to relogin (log out and log in again);
  • Refresh your game library as it may take a while for the key to be accepted;

Please bear in mind that basic screenshots for every complaint are:

  • The code entered in the activation window;
  • The error message shown after the attempt to activate the code.
